About
A 33-story, 150-meter landmark building completed in 2013 that serves as the headquarters of the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ). The 33rd floor has a free public observatory with 360-degree views of Songdo, the West Sea, and Incheon Bridge. The 29th floor houses an indoor Sky Garden. The building is also home to the UN Green Climate Fund (GCF).
