Korea Tourism OrganizationA cluster of Baekje royal tombs from the Ungjin period, set into a wooded hillside in Gongju. The site is best known for the Tomb of King Muryeong, a brick-built chamber discovered intact in 1971 with epitaph stones that name its occupant, the only Baekje royal tomb identified by name.
The tombs are part of the UNESCO Baekje Historic Areas. An on-site exhibition hall shows full-scale reconstructed chambers, as the original tombs are sealed for preservation.
