A traditional hamlet in Geomam-ri, Gaya-eup, Haman, established as a Seongsan Yi clan village after the retired official Yi Ho-seong built Dongsanjeong Pavilion here in 1459. The village center is marked by a zelkova guardian tree, roughly 640 years old and about 15 meters tall. The General Jo Sun Monument stands nearby, designated a Gyeongsangnam-do Cultural Heritage Material in 1983. The surrounding lanes retain their original clan-village layout.
