TWS debuted in January 2024 under Pledis Entertainment (HYBE) — the label's first new boy group since SEVENTEEN. The name stands for 'Together With Seventeen's junior,' and they label their music as 'boyhood pop,' depicting the daily lives of young boys.

Their debut EP Sparkling Blue was led by 'Plot Twist,' which won multiple music show trophies and was named one of the best K-pop songs of 2024 by NME and Paste Magazine. Their second EP Summer Beat! sold over 500,000 copies.

Maknae Kyungmin (born 2007) is one of the youngest active K-pop idols.
