About
Buan Film Theme Park is a large open-air filming set on the Byeonsan peninsula in Buan, Jeollabuk-do, recreating Joseon-era palaces, government offices and hanok streets. It has served as a backdrop for many Korean period dramas and films, and visitors can walk the palace courtyards and rent hanbok for photos. In the SBS drama My Royal Nemesis (2026), the Joseon palace and royal-court scenes were filmed here.
