Landmark cultural complex designed by Zaha Hadid, opened in 2014. Its neo-futuristic aluminum facade glows silver-white after dark. Walk through the LED Rose Garden (25,550 LED roses), then hit the food trucks parked outside. Surrounded by 24-hour shopping malls and late-night dakgalbi restaurants.
