About
The inner harbor of Gunsan preserves a registered-heritage district of early 20th-century buildings from the years when the port shipped rice out to sea. Warehouses, offices, and the floating pier survive along the waterfront, anchored today by the Gunsan Modern History Museum at the harbor entrance.
The area is the starting point for walks through Gunsan's modern streetscape and links the customs house, the former bank buildings, and the inner-port pier.
