A permanent county market in central Yesan-eup that chef Baek Jong-won spent three years revitalizing before its January 2023 reopening. Visitors buy food from individual stalls and eat at communal tables in the central food court, with grill rentals and side-dish sets sold separately for cook-it-yourself pork-belly meals. Within months of reopening it became Korea's most-searched traditional market, with monthly visitor counts reported around 230,000.
