About
The largest temporary royal palace of the Joseon Dynasty, built during King Jeongjo's reign as a wartime retreat and venue for royal visits and ceremonies. The palace was where Jeongjo held the famous banquet celebrating his mother Queen Hyegyeonggung's 60th birthday in 1795.
