
A roughly 100-meter alley near Paldalmun Gate lined with around 11 traditional fried chicken restaurants, some operating since the 1970s. The shops use large cast-iron cauldrons (gamasot) to deep-fry whole chickens, a cooking method specific to this street. Most orders come with complimentary fried chicken gizzards as a side.
